How do I register?
Once you’re on verdictx.com, tap “Register”, fill in your mobile number, a valid email ID and password and proceed by clicking “Register” again. Your registration is complete. Welcome aboard!
I forgot the email ID I used to register on VerdictX. How can I log In?
 If you forgot your registered email ID, log in using your mobile number instead.
If you need more help figuring out your login credentials, visit help desk and click on chat box. We're always here to help.
How do I register using an Invite Code?
Once you open the website, you’ll see the option to “JOIN” at top right corner. Tap on it, In the registration form, you can see the referral column where you can enter your invite code, your mobile number and email ID, and select a password of your choice.
• Tap “Register” and that’s it! 
I forgot the mobile number I used to register. How can I log in?
 If you forgot your registered mobile number, log in using your email ID instead. If you need more help figuring out your login credentials, visit the help desk and click on the chat box and mention the problem. We're always here to help.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
  Follow these steps to reset your password:
  • On the login screen, Select Forgot Password
  • Enter your registered email ID and click “Get OTP”
  • check your email (including your junk) for OTP to reset it. 
  • Follow the instructions to reset your password. Note - the OTPwill expire in 5 minutes.
  • there you go ,your password has been updated.
How do I change my password?
Open the website, visit your profile and find the option "Change Password" and enter your new password.
I am unable to login using my mobile number?
Let's ensure
  • The number you entered is correct
  • Your account is active and not suspended feel free to log in for now using your email ID.
I am not receiving the OTP. What do I do?
You should receive an OTP (One Time Password) within about 2 minutes of entering your mobile number.
Let’s ensure: 
  • You’ve double-checked that the mobile number entered is correct
  • Your network connectivity is strong enough to receive an SMS
If you still don’t receive the OTP, please contact your network service provider. 
💡 Remember - if you’ve previously logged into your account (with the same account/team name) using mail, you can use these methods to log in. You won’t need an OTP.
How to add my pan card?
  Follow these steps:
  • Ensure that your mobile number and email are verified
  • Click on the “My Profile" and scroll down to "PAN DETAILS"
  • Fill the required details and upload for verification process.
How to add bank account?
  • Ensure that your PAN is verified
  • Click on the “My Profile" and scroll down to "BANK DETAILS"
  • Fill the required details and upload for verification process.
